The Relevancy Group, a market research and advisory services company, recently completed its annual email marketing agency evaluation and Trendline Interactive came away the clear winner in customer satisfaction with a total of eight Relevancy Ring awards – five gold and three silver.
After reviewing nearly 400 different data points per vendor, The Relevancy Group concluded that, “Trendline Interactive customers reported overwhelmingly high satisfaction scores across the entire range of the firm’s services.”

The Relevancy Group invited over a dozen email marketing agencies to participate in the research, all of whom serve mid-market companies in the U.S. and Canada and large enterprise clients worldwide. The company interviewed client references, collected anonymous satisfaction data, and scored each vendor relative to their presentation of an email marketing program for a fictional company.
