FE International announces the acquisition of SilverSiphon, a SaaS application that syncs Stripe bank feeds with an online bookkeeping and accounting software, by Zillionize, an Angel Investment Firm that invests in fast growing startups.
Co-Founder of SilverSiphon, James Rose, is currently the Director at Aktura Technology and has launched a new SaaS that helps customers extract content from their customers, known as Content Snare. This acquisition will allow more resources and attention to be allocated to Silver Siphon.
“It’s amazing to think that SilverSiphon only started 3 years ago, trying to solve a simple problem for a client,” stated James, “I never would have thought it would grow into a product trusted by so many companies and go on to be acquired by a company like Zillionize. I’m so grateful for all the awesome work the development team have put in to get it to this point. It’s sad to see it go, but it’s good to know it’s in capable hands with a plan to develop it further. I’ll be moving on with our new project Content Snare.”
Zillionize is looking forward to growing SilverSiphon’s functionality and automation. More details on the introduction of new integrations and features is likely to be released soon.
Mathew Vandervoort, the newly assigned Product Manager at SilverSiphon from the Zillionize team said, “James and the team at Aktura Technology have created an excellent product and the team at Zillionize look forward to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, further enhancing SilverSiphon to meet their needs and the needs of new customers.”
The sale of SilverSiphon is yet another landmark deal for FE International, the market leader in the sale of online businesses. FE International acted as sole adviser to SliverSiphon.
