Bellevue, WA – RecordPoint, the leading provider of automated records management solutions for Cloud, announced today that Records365 will be the first native cloud offering against the DoD 5015.2 records management standard.
RecordPoint’s flagship product, Records365 for Office 365, has been accepted for United States Department of Defense 5015.2 certification testing.
Administered by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), the Records Management Application (RMA) Compliance Test and Evaluation (CTE) will confirm that both Records365 and Office 365 fully meet the functional and automated system requirements for records management, required by the standard.

RecordPoint’s cloud service already supports many key global standards, including VERS, MoReq 2010 and ISO 16175, underpinned by the industry leading controls and security standard of SOC 2 certification. Adding DoD 5015.2 will mean that hundreds of thousands of government and highly regulated enterprise customers will have access to this important certification and a range of new capabilities. This release also highlights the close alignment with Microsoft and RecordPoint’s ongoing ability to federate with market leading productivity tools such as Office 365.
