Check It Out: Teens can learn to deal with stress at library workshop | St. Tammany

The teenage years are often filled with anxiety, especially during school testing time. The St. Tammany Parish Library and the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Parenting Center have partnered to teach teens and their parents how reduce stress at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, at the Causeway Library, 3457 U.S. 190, Mandeville.

Melissa Dickerson from the Parenting Center will teach participants how to pinpoint stressors and provide exercises to release stress in a positive way.
