Villa Healthcare Promotes Avi Lev to CMO

Villa Healthcare is excited to announce the promotion of Avi Lev to Chief Marketing Officer. Lev has been an integral member of the Villa Healthcare team for two years and prior to this promotion he was acting Interim CMO and Director of Strategic Development for Villa Healthcare.

In an effort to achieve occupancy and skilled mix goals in a tough senior living environment, Lev was brought on as Interim CMO to author new strategies, provide leadership and develop key personnel to help Villa establish a solid sales team and culture. Over the past year in the Interim CMO role, Lev has established a firm sales foundation as well as key sales systems that enable Villa centers to compete and serve the patient populations in their respective communities.
