Push to Walk to Host 3rd Annual Charity Beefsteak Fundraiser

The beefsteak is a great way for our supporters to have a fun night out while supporting the work that we do at Push to Walk.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Oakland Elks Lodge. The lodge is located at 33 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland, NJ. Ticket price is $50 per person and can be purchased by calling the Push to Walk office at 201-644-7567 or via e-mail at kwolfe@pushtowalknj.org. The evening will include great food, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, a bread tower competition, and 50/50 raffle. All are welcome to attend.

Push to Walk is only able to cover about 65% of operating costs through client fees, and relies largely on special events and generous donations to raise funds. Push to Walk’s beefsteak fundraiser is a great opportunity for the organization to gather clients, friends, supporters, and anyone who is interested in taking part in an evening dedicated to raising funds which directly impact the non-profit’s clients. As the organization continues to grow it is always looking for new ways to bring old faces and new faces together, and believe social events are a great opportunity to do so.
