NO. 3 JSERRA (6-0, 1-0) VS. NO. 4 ORANGE LUTHERAN (6-0, 1-0)
Where, when: Orange Coast College, Friday, 7 p.m.
Analysis: This might be JSerra’s best team. The Lions, who beat Servite, 52-36, in a Trinity League opener, have had some terrific skill players, but their interior line play probably hasn’t been this good. Orange Lutheran gave it a great effort in its 42-21 loss to St. John Bosco last week. The Lancers had zero running game in that one, and they might have similar difficulty getting that going against JSerra whose running back, Al Fisher, rushed for 300 yards last week.
Winner: JSerra

NO. 5 SANTA MARGARITA (4-2, 0-1) VS. NO. 6 SERVITE (5-1, 0-1)
Where, when: Cerritos College, Friday, 7 p.m.
Analysis: The good news/bad news for Santa Margarita in its Trinity League opener last week was that the Eagles scored 35 points against Mater Dei, but they gave up 70 points. Servite lost to JSerra last week as the Friars had a tough time with JSerra’s running game. Running the ball with Chad Magyar is Santa Margarita’s offensive strong suit.
Winner: Santa Margarita

NO. 11 CAPISTRANO VALLEY (7-0, 1-0) VS. NO. 13 EL TORO (4-3, 1-0)
Where, when: El Toro High, Friday, 7 p.m.
Analysis: These two clearly are the best two teams in the Sea View League, with the league’s top two quarterbacks – El Toro’s Cooper Jones and Capistrano Valley’s Nathan Manning. Last week, El Toro scored 41 points in a win over Aliso Niguel and Capistrano Valley put up 49 points in its win over Laguna Hills. This one could end up 49-41 – with Capistrano Valley winning because it looks to have the better defense.
Winner: Capistrano Valley

NO. 15 TESORO (3-4, 0-1) VS. NO. 7 SAN CLEMENTE (6-0, 0-0)
Where, when: San Clemente, Friday, 7 p.m.
Analysis: Tesoro got lit up last week…
