Hendriks, the craft cocktail bar and eatery at 557 Third Avenue between 36th and 37th Streets in Murray Hill, has expanded to include Hendriks Atrium, with an abridged Hendriks menu from executive chef Jaime Muñoz and restaurateur Himansu Patel.

Dishes include deviled eggs topped with smoked salmon, lobster risotto with smoked gouda, green peas, and tempura claw, and seared rainbow trout topped with spicy kale, crispy pancetta, and tarragon corn puree.

Cocktails will feature a classic Mojito topped with pineapple juice and a True Blood with gin, triple sec, lemon juice and Malbec. The new spot, with white exposed brick, is 850 square feet and seats 20 at the bar and 45 in the back room. Guests will be able to enter Hendriks Atrium through a side door.
