Confidence Plus Insurance Services, a California agency offering insurance assistance, financial planning, and related services to residential and commercial clients in the Central Valley region, is launching a back to school charity drive benefitting foster children in the area.
In conjunction with the Ticket to Dream Foundation, Confidence Plus Insurance Services will be gathering donations of school supplies, such as binders, backpacks, pencils, and notebooks, and providing them to foster children in the region who may not have access to the resources they need to receive a proper education.
“We can only imagine how hard it must be for foster kids to be moving from home to home while trying to keep up with school. The least we can do is make sure they have the basic supplies needed to thrive in their studies. We are joining efforts with this remarkable organization in order to accomplish this goal,” says Dean Shibler, founder and principal agent of Confidence Plus Insurance Services.
Focusing on social media and email channels, the Confidence Plus team is building a network of regional educators, families, and associates in the Valley to help generate donations for the summer-long charity event.
